Streicker Center - Temple Emanu-El NYC

On January 27th 2026, International Holocaust Remembrance Day, nearly 999 viewers packed the Streicker Cultural Center to screen the film. Each ticket holder represented one of the girls on the transport.  In a powerful act of collective remembrance, we tried to fill 999 seats —one for each of the young women deported on the first Jewish transport to Auschwitz, honoring both those who survived and those who never had the chance to grow old.
