Edith F. Grosman #1970

EDITH #1970 was petite, elfin teenager, the family used to joke that the winds off the surrounding mountains would sweep Edith away if they weren’t careful.

Heather Dune met Edith in Poprad, Slovakia, at the 75th Anniversary ceremonies (2017) commemorating the first transport. That is when we began filming Edith's story. This photo was taken outside our hotel on March 24, 2017 and was the beginning of our friendship.
